South Indian Sambar Seeds Bundle grows best when sown in Valar’s all-purpose potting mix or any light, well-drained growing medium that supports healthy roots, strong plants, and fresh vegetable harvests. Tomato, Okra, Brinjal, Pumpkin, and Cluster Beans grow well in bright sunlight and warm conditions, while Coriander performs best in mild weather, making this bundle ideal for creating a fresh and useful South Indian kitchen garden.

Sow seeds directly in grow bags, pots, nursery trays, or seedling trays filled with Valar’s all-purpose potting mix or any light, well-drained growing medium. Keep the soil lightly moist and place it in a bright, ventilated spot. Most seeds usually start sprouting within 5–15 days, depending on the variety and weather.

The first harvest from the South Indian Sambar Seeds Bundle can begin around 30–45 days after sowing for Coriander, depending on growing conditions. Okra and Cluster Beans usually begin harvesting around 45–60 days, Tomato and Brinjal around 60–90 days, and Pumpkin around 90–120 days. With proper sunlight, watering, nutrition, and care, this bundle gives you fresh vegetables and herbs for sambar, curries, kootu, poriyal, and everyday South Indian cooking.

Sowing Depth: 0.25 inch in light, well-drained soil

Best Sowing Place: Seed trays, nursery pots, pots, grow bags, balconies, terraces, kitchen gardens, backyard gardens, and open soil

Sunlight: 5–6 hours of sunlight daily; Tomato, Okra, Brinjal, Pumpkin, and Cluster Beans perform better with 6–8 hours of bright sunlight

Watering: Keep the soil lightly moist, but avoid overwatering and waterlogging

Transplanting: Transplant Tomato and Brinjal seedlings when they have 3–4 true leaves. Okra, Pumpkin, Cluster Beans, and Coriander can be sown directly in pots or grow bags.

Spacing: Keep 6–8 inches spacing for Coriander, 12–18 inches for Okra, Tomato, Brinjal, and Cluster Beans, and larger spacing for Pumpkin as it needs space to spread

Care Tip: Use support sticks for Tomato, Brinjal, and Cluster Beans. For Pumpkin, allow enough space or provide a strong support/trellis for healthy vine growth.
