Pakchoi seeds grow best when sown in Valar’s all-purpose potting mix or a home-made, well-drained soil blend.

Sow seeds directly in grow bags or nursery pots filled with cocopeat and compost; keep lightly moist in a ventilated spot and they usually sprout within a week.

The first harvest of pak choi begins around 55–65 days after sowing, while the plants reach full maturity by about 65–75 days and continue producing fresh leaves when regularly harvested.

Sowing Depth: Sow seeds about 0.5 inch deep in well-drained soil.

Germination Time: Seeds sprout in 5–7 days in ventilated, moderate conditions.

Transplanting: Transplant seedlings after 4–5 weeks when they have 4–6 true leaves and temperatures stay cool.

Recommended Pot Size: Use a 12–16 inch pot or grow bed; space plants 10–12 inches apart.
