Pack of 10 November Sowing Vegetable Seeds grows best when sown in Valar’s all-purpose potting mix or any fertile, light, and well-drained growing medium during November and the cooler growing season. This pack brings together root vegetables, leafy greens, fruiting vegetables, and cool-season favourites for a productive kitchen garden, making it suitable for balconies, terraces, grow bags, raised beds, backyard gardens, and open soil.

Sow the seeds in pots, grow bags, nursery trays, seedling trays, raised beds, or open soil filled with Valar’s all-purpose potting mix or any light, fertile, and well-drained growing medium. Carrot, Beetroot, White Radish, Spinach, and Methi are best directly sown in their final growing space, while Broccoli, Purple Brinjal, Red Cherry Tomato, Iceberg Lettuce, and Pak Choi can be started in seedling trays and transplanted later. Keep the soil lightly moist and place the seeds in a bright, well-ventilated location. Most varieties usually begin germinating within 3–14 days, depending on the seed type and weather.

The first harvest from the Pack of 10 November Sowing Vegetable Seeds can begin around 25–40 days after sowing with Spinach, Methi, young Pak Choi, and White Radish, depending on growing conditions. Iceberg Lettuce can generally be harvested around 45–70 days, while Beetroot and Carrot may take around 50–90 days. Broccoli generally becomes ready around 70–100 days. Red Cherry Tomato and Purple Brinjal may begin producing around 70–120 days after sowing, depending on the variety, climate, sunlight, and plant care.

Sowing Depth: 0.25–0.5 inch in light, well-drained soil, depending on the variety. Sow Carrot, White Radish, Iceberg Lettuce, Pak Choi, Broccoli, Purple Brinjal, and Red Cherry Tomato shallow, while Beetroot, Spinach, and Methi can be sown slightly deeper.

Best Sowing Place: Seed trays, nursery pots, pots, grow bags, balconies, terraces, kitchen gardens, backyard gardens, raised beds, and open soil.

Sunlight: 4–6 hours of sunlight daily. Carrot, Beetroot, White Radish, Broccoli, Purple Brinjal, and Red Cherry Tomato perform best with good sunlight, while Spinach, Iceberg Lettuce, Pak Choi, and Methi can tolerate some partial shade.

Watering: Keep the growing medium evenly and lightly moist. Avoid overwatering and waterlogging, especially for root vegetables, Broccoli, Brinjal, and Tomato.

Transplanting: Transplant Broccoli, Purple Brinjal, Red Cherry Tomato, Iceberg Lettuce, and Pak Choi seedlings when they develop 3–4 true leaves. Carrot, Beetroot, White Radish, Spinach, and Methi are best sown directly in their final pots, grow bags, or beds to avoid unnecessary root disturbance.

Spacing: Keep around 3–6 inches spacing for Spinach, Methi, Pak Choi, Carrot, Beetroot, and White Radish; around 6–10 inches for Iceberg Lettuce; 8–12 inches for Broccoli; and around 12–18 inches for Purple Brinjal and Red Cherry Tomato.

Care Tip: During November, provide good sunlight, airflow, and drainage. Thin crowded Carrot, Beetroot, White Radish, Spinach, and Methi seedlings early so each plant has enough space to develop. Avoid keeping the soil constantly wet, and provide support to Red Cherry Tomato plants as they grow.
